Payment for career coaching and live resume writing is taken when booking your appointment. You are welcome to reschedule for no charge up to 24 hrs before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session rate.

Arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment time (for live resume writing or career coaching) will be considered a "no show." The appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full session rate.

Cape Agency representatives agree to strict non-disclosure agreements. Any information shared within career coaching or resume writing sessions is kept strictly confidential.

JobSpa exists to give job seekers an advantage in the job market, but the job market is unpredictable. We always bring our latest expertise to the table and collaborate with JobSpa clients in good faith but, unfortunately, cannot guarantee our services will result in a new job or role.

It’s easy! Just tell us a little about yourself and what you’re hoping to get out of coaching through our online form and we’ll assign you to a coach and get your first session scheduled as quickly as possible.

Each career coaching session is 50 minutes. You can sign up for as many sessions as you’d like, within reason. Sessions are booked one at a time. Each session will end with an option to book the next one.

For your first session, we select a coach that best matches your application information. If you wish to switch coaches following your first session, you can request a new coach by emailing jobspa@thecape.agency

It really depends on how much work history we need to cover. We’d suggest reserving at least two hours when collaborating with either our chatbot or human writing partner.

After you collaborate with our writing partners to get all your work history down, it takes us about 1 week to write, edit and format your finished resume.

Not really. Our resume writing process makes a point of building your resume from the ground-up, so it’s sure to have the greatest impact with a hiring manager. But don't trash that resume or LinkedIn profile info! We start every resume writing process by asking you to recall your complete work history. An old resume or LinkedIn profile is a great place to start.

We share your finished resume as a .doc file, so you can easily edit the content or change the file type on your own.

It depends on which writing partner you pick. When you collaborate with our chatbot, we take payment at the end of the writing process. When you collaborate with a human from our team, you’ll be charged when you book the actual writing appointment.

Yes. But the chatbot only saves your work at certain sections and subsections. We explain these save points in a short video at the start of the chatbot writing process. Sections and subsections are great points to stop and take breaks. When you choose to pause at one of these, we email you a link to easily pick up from the latest section or subsection completed.
