Payment for your research presentation is taken when booking your appointment. You are welcome to reschedule for no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full rate.
Cape Agency representatives agree to strict non-disclosure agreements. Any information shared within a research presentation context is kept strictly confidential.
It depends. We share our research in an interactive setting to allow you to dive deeper into the material and ask questions. We book our presentations for a minimum of three hours, anticipating it could take more or less time.
For confidentiality, presentations are not recorded. However, we do share a static copy of the custom dataset we’ll discuss in our presentation back to you.
No. Sources and individual contributions have been aggregated and made anonymous in our dataset.
No problem! You are welcome to reschedule up to 48 hours before your presentation block at no additional charge. Otherwise, you will be charged the full presentation rate. You can typically reschedule using the same interface you used to make your appointment. Otherwise, email email@example.com, and we’ll help you find a new meeting time.
This depends on the number of attendees at the presentation and the number of dataset configurations you’d like to see. for custom pricing information.
After you submit your presentation request, you’ll be paired with a presenter and invited to schedule your initial three-hour session. You’ll be asked to pre-pay for the session to lock-in your appointment.
