Elena is a strategic HR business partner and executive coach with over 20 years of experience leading people operations across industries, including professional services, construction, commercial real estate, technology, entertainment, and marketing.
Most recently, she led the HR function for several Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) subsidiaries, steering them through stages of growth that included mergers and acquisitions.
Elena is a USMC veteran and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at Arizona State University’s College of Integrative Sciences and Arts.
Elena is based in Los Angeles, CA.
Marta Hargis

Marta is a strategic HR business partner with over 20 years of experience across industries, including manufacturing, nonprofit, technology, marketing, and advertising.
She was most recently director of human resources at Integer Group, an Omnicom-owned agency. Her additional client experience includes HR leadership roles for SKF, Oracle, Catholic Charities, and MillerCoors.
